Join Pam for a unique and thought-provoking workshop, using the body as a tool to better understand and reflect on our personal journeys. Working with just a few asana (postures) we will take a distinctive approach to our practice, allowing for us to expand our minds, inspire us to understand ourselves more deeply and maybe even connect to a deeper wisdom about our self/In this class, we will work with three traditional Hatha Asana, learning more about the history or yogic purpose of the posture. warming up to the posture, holding the posture for longer and longer lengths of time, allowing for an exploration of the posture, asking questions about the posture as it relates to us each individually and reflecting through written word (journaling) and meditation.
