When one feels connected to their body, breath, thoughts, and emotions, they move and communicate with greater ease. This two-hour workshop will bring awareness to how all of these things influence each other, creating either alignment or misalignment in the whole being. We will practice gentle movements linked with breath, and focus on the subtler dimension of thought and emotion through meditation and visualization. This workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Bring a journal and an open mind.
