The instructor will make an individual exercise menu that along your health conditions.
You will learn variety of breathing exercises appropriate with your mind & body conditions.
The final week you will be given video clip of Qigong Foundation Practices for general health that you can use in your life.
During the course you will be given holistic diets advice with Five elements theory in TCM by your instructor.
This course contains Breathing exercises, Qigong practices and meditation which are stimulate nerve system and activate connective tissues and strengthen internal organs. She has contributed in health industry for more than 10 years as massage therapist and light worker (energy work). During her practice she has seen many different cases of chronic symptoms in modern society that encouraged her studying in deep aria of physiology and psychology of human. She understands the interaction of mind and body through her life experiences and knowledge of human body and psychological aspects (Qigong, Herbal medicine, Nutrition, Anatomy & Physiology, and Massage).
