Parent and Baby Yoga - Designed for 6 weeks to new walkers
This special series highlights the most important lesson of yoga, especially in a parent’s life: finding the calm in the chaos. We will combine the practice of Vinyasa Yoga with some light play to help both parent and baby find their true center. We will practice Baby Yoga exercises to promote strength in your little baby’s growing body as well as aid in digestion and sleep. Come enjoy the stress-free environment where you can let your little one be a little one without the worry of any disruption. Come move, breathe and enjoy the (time limit of class) of calm in the chaos.
When: Next Series: Saturdays at noon on April 21st, 28th, May 5th, and 12th.
Where: Mission Yoga - South Abington (639 Northern Blvd, Floor #2)
