In this series, your child will learn Yoga through themes. Each week will be a different theme with different postures and breathing exercises in order for your child to connect with Self and live a calmer, happier life. We will discuss certain feelings and how to react differently in certain circumstances. We will explore different motor skills through asanas and practice self awareness, acceptance and love.
But, most importantly, your child will be allowed to be just that: a child!
In this series, we want children to learn the practice of Yoga, while still being able to be children. We will laugh and play because we strongly believe that children truly learn through socialization and play in a calm, safe space. Each week will be an hour of fun exploration of Self and community.

**Parents are welcome to stay for class, but are also encouraged to take the hour for themselves outside of the studio
Maggy teaches both Vinyasa Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. She has been babysitting since she was 14 years old and has experience as a substitute teacher in the Scranton School District.
She has experience of teaching Yoga for an elementary school in the SSD as a special event.
Maggy is also currently a part-time nanny for a family of four boys whom she loves like family. She looks forward to teaching the children how to match Vinyasa Yoga movements with breath and how to deal with the stresses of life both on and off the mat.
