In this four week session, which will consist of lecture and practice, the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga class will be explored. Modifications will be given and students will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout class.
The first class will go over basic warmup sequences and alignment points. The second, will explore standing, balance, and seated postures. The third class will add onto the previous two by further exploring the vinyasa sequence and incorporating safe back bending, twists, and arm strengtheners. The last class will weave all of what was learned together into a fully led slow vinyasa class.
This 4 week session will leave students prepared for any regularly scheduled class!
Great for beginners and people wanting to brush up on their fundamentals.
Each class is approx. 60 - 75 mins in length
