Whether you’ve had a yoga practice in the past or not, this series is for all pregnant women throughout each stage of pregnancy. Join in and connect with fellow women going through the same things you are. Learn how to match breath with movement in a safe way that will help you and your baby relax and feel empowered.
Prenatal yoga will enhance your journey within and your baby’s development in stress management, imagination, breath work and overall health. We will explore various postures and restorative poses to help prepare and relax you and your baby for the greatest experience to come.
