In this "let's go" series, your child will learn Yoga through themes. Each week will be a different theme with different postures and breathing exercises in order for your child to connect with Self and live a calmer, happier life. We will discuss certain feelings and how to react differently in certain circumstances. We will explore different motor skills through asanas and practice self awareness, acceptance and love.
But, most importantly, your child will be allowed to be just that: a child!
In this series, we want children to learn the practice of Yoga, while still being able to be children. We will laugh and play because we strongly believe that children truly learn through socialization and play in a calm, safe space. Each week will be an hour of fun exploration of Self and community
