We are pleased to once again welcome Geshe Thubten Sherab to Missoula for a series of teachings on the Tibetan Buddhist technique of tonglen: exchanging self and others. When we habitually think only of ourselves, we tend to devalue others and diminish the happiness we all hope for. Because we are only one and others are many, everyone benefits when we train the mind to cherish others and not only think of ourselves. Geshe-la will be offering two public talks and a weekend mini-retreat. Geshe Sherab is currently the resident Geshe at Thubten Norbu Ling in Santa Fe, NM and was formerly Head Master at Kopan Monestary in Katmandu, Nepal. All events will take place in Missoula Chamber of Commerce conference room, 825 E. Front. St. For more info, visit our webpage http://www.fpmt-osel.org.
