Through a guided Yoga and Meditation practice you will discover not only a stronger body, but a stronger mind, allowing you to find that inner peace & happiness.
All classes are beginner friendly. Every Tuesday evening class follows the traditional Ashtanga Yoga practice, with a 45 minute physical practice and a 30 minute guided relaxation & meditation to reduce stress & improve focus. The physical aspect of Yoga varies from Vinyasa (flow), Hatha (postures held up to 30 seconds), and Yin (postures held up to 4 minutes) depending on the energy of the class on that given evening.
At Blossom Yoga and Meditation we know that your body is unique, we respect your limits and guide you to respect them in your practice too. We do this through sharing knowledge with our students throughout the class not only about Yoga philosophy and how it can benefit your life, but also about the anatomy of the body, which will help you better understand why you can or cannot touch your toes, and why it doesn’t matter either way. It’ll also allow you to begin appreciating and loving your body, therefore creating a more peaceful mindset.
Come along and try your first class free! Classes thereafter are $15 each, $10 for kids between 12-17 years old.
RSVP is required for the class by 3pm every Tuesday via responding to this event, Facebook message, email or text message. Should the minimum student number (3 students) not be reached, class will be cancled, students will be notifed via text and (or) Facebook post.
