This 5 week series is for anyone who wants to take the "Shoulds" out of health, achieve and sustain living a healthy, fit, empowered life.

Each week we have tools and resources to gain full empowerment and loving action in every aspect of your health without all the noise of "shoulds" or "have-to's"

We will go over:
- Mindset and work through any resistances to maintaining our health
- Finding compassion and love for our bodies
- The emotional side of health and nutrition and how to work through it
- Creating practical plans custom tailored to your life, goals and wants in relation to creating an active and healthy lifestyle you love
- Balanced eating according to your lifestyle
- Sustainable habit building for exercise

The series comes with:
- 5- 1 hour small group sessions
- 1- 60 minute Coaching session for support in crafting and maintaining your ideal wellness plan and/or support in any area of your well being
- Private Facebook Group Support
- Worksheets, recipes and accountability

Price: $225, $175 for current MKG members

If for some reason, you need to cancel your enrollment before the series starts, the amount you paid can be applied to any other services, workshops or meetups or can be transferred to a person of your choice.
