At the base of the spine, the sacrum houses our deep life force, and the fluids that govern our well being. When the structures around our sacrum are too tight, or too loose, we find ourselves stuck, lacking self-confidence and motivation in life. This workshop will play with finding balance between mobilization and support of the sacrum. This balance allows the creative life-force to flow freely, giving us the ability to dance with fluid joy through life's frequent changes.
This workshop will include chanting, meditation, SATYA, asana, and playfulness.
