Isabelle will share how this ancient, Tantric deep meditation can be the access key to effortless transformation and a powerful way to manifest your hearts desires. In addition to a restorative and healing 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice, she will guide you through gentle yoga asanas and an energetically harmonizing pranayama sequence.
The Yoga Nidra practice is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, while maintaining awareness at a deep level of consciousness. It is a powerful method of relaxation that goes below surface tensions to release and transform stress at its deepest level. One learns how to put the body into sleep while the mind remains fully awake. The techniques of the practice are specifically designed to slow one's brainwaves from their waking beta state into deeper levels of relaxation. The brain waves drop into the theta state where deep levels of healing takes place on the emotional, mental, and physical planes. Suggestions you give yourself during this state can be successful in helping remove unwanted habits and creating desired outcomes.
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Props and blankets provided.
