As part of our Grow Your Yoga 30 Day Challenge! A series of excellent and practical yoga workshops to create a deeper understanding of the physical practice, inspire you mentally and energetically and meet and enjoy getting to know everyone in our amazing community!
There is no need to be a regular student or member of our studio, everyone is welcome and will benefit from all of the workshops!
Week 1 of the Challenge is aimed at our first 2 Modo Pillars: Be Healthy and Be Accessible. Thy breaks down the poses in the Modo sequence (which include so many classic yoga postures: warrior 1, warrior 2, crescent lunge, chair pose, etc). It's a closer look to workshop each pose in the practice to help you find the right fit for your body and how to modify and explore the many ways of expressing the postures; including variations to further support or challenge the body.
Thy will integrate using blocks and straps as well, to add a new dimension to your practice. She will touch on all 7 Modo Pillars and their significance and relevance to our on and off the mat practice. Come to learn, ask heaps of questions & discuss. Learn to live your Modo!
