Historically, Take Back the Night was held to protest the sexual assaults that often happened at night on college campuses.
Join the HTWCEA in reclaiming the night as a time for community to come together to learn and support each other!
The WHOLE FAMILY is welcome! There will be a community and youth track -that includes educational presentations, activities, and cultural presentations. Topics include healthy relationships, sexual assault and its impact, consent and healthy boundaries, what is kyaptsi (respect), and more!
Let's show that there was, and still is, no place for sexual assault in our villages and on Hopi. We hope you can make it! Askwali/Kuna'ah!
