Exceptional tasting event to experience the flavours of Italian gastronomy along with the excellence of the wines from Piedmont.
It will be a unique occasion to try tasteful pairings of the top quality food products of the Italian gastronomy together with the wines of Piedmont, one of the most important wine producing regions in Italy and in the world!
A food&wine event conceived for a young audience, who will have the opportunity to taste dishes prepared for the occasion by the famous “bio-trattoria” Ché Fè in Copenhagen. The dishes will be paired with the wines of some Piedmontese producers, members of Strada del Barolo and I Vini del Piemonte, all at a very affordable price!
The event will be on Saturday June 9th 2018 at Mogens Dahl Koncertsal and it will be possible to choose between the “light” formula in the afternoon (from 14.00 to 17.00), with the tasting of Piedmontese wines matched with a selection of finger food, and a buffet dinner (from 18.00 to 21.00), with eight courses to pair with twenty different wines, among which the famous Barolo, one of the most refined and intriguing wines in the world.
Both the sessions will be guided by a “personal sommelier”, who will present the different wines to taste, suggesting the most suitable combination for each course.
