Our 5-week Meditation & Mindfulness Course not only provides the ideal introduction to experiencing the wonders of meditation, but offers the step-by-step guidance for progressively developing your own liberating practice as we explore a range of meditation techniques over 5 consecutive weeks.

To support you in cultivating your home practice you’ll receive detailed notes, along with a complimentary pass during each week of the course to enjoy a group Meditation & Mindfulness Class at Moksha.
