Trying something new can be nerve wracking, which is why we invite you to join us for a Hot Yoga experience without any intimidation! In this 60 minute class we will explore the practice of Yoga with a sequence of postures designed for first time students. Our instructor, Markus will be available for questions before, during and after class.
This class will be very easy to follow, and provide you with an opportunity to make sense of this practice without feeling the need to have any background knowledge.
Things you will want to bring with you:
-a reusable water bottle (we have filter water on-site)
-clothing that you are comfortable sweating in
-a yoga mat (rentals are available for $2)
-a towel(s) can be used on your mat while practicing or for showering after class (we offer full service change rooms)
