Join Jennifer for a 4 week mini-workshop series that combines yoga therapy movements with a mindful flow practice. Each week will have a different focus designed to increase your awareness, deepen your breath, improve mobility and stability, and advance your overall practice on and off the mat!
This series is ideal for students new to yoga, or those wanting to get back to a regular practice, anyone who is experiencing an injury or if you are simply curious about the benefits of yoga therapy.
