Pregnancy is one of the most powerful times in a woman's life. Learn to harness that energy through movement and breath to find connection to yourself and your baby. Pre-natal yoga strengthens your body and mind in preparation for birth and motherhood. It creates stability to reduce pains associated with pregnancy, helping you to feel better and stand taller. It can help to alleviate fears surrounding childbirth and reduce stress. Through the practice of yoga we build trust with ourselves and our bodies, building our intuition and our inner knowing. These are our greatest tools as we embark on the journey to becoming mothers.
