This 60-minute yoga practice will guide individuals through a series of dynamic standing and supine postures to help ease and strengthen major muscles groups that support and surround the spine. Mindfulness and breathing techniques will be integrated within the practice to help individuals cope with pain associated with movement. Bring a light heart & an open mind!
All levels of yoga/movement experience welcome.
Suitable for those with chronic back pain, spinal issues, back or hip injuries or those interested in preventative measures to maintain back and spine health.
