In this class, Asanas (poses) are held for several minutes, giving the time to the student to get deeper into the pose and feel its benefits, synchronized of course to the breath.
In a hatha vinyasa yoga class students relax and rejuvenate body and mind but at the same time work on their flexibility and physical strength.
The class is suitable for all ages, even for seniors and people with body limitations and injuries. The class is alignment-oriented and modifications are given to suit each individual’s needs. All levels are welcomed.
This class runs every Tuesday at 17.00 - 18.00 and Friday at 17.30 - 18.30 in the afternoon.
