In this 4-week beginner series, you will learn the basic foundations of the practice of yoga. By the end of the series you will feel confident joining any of our regular yoga classes! Each class walks students through the basics of poses, how to accommodate yourself, meditation, foundations, alignment, and pranayama (breath work).
