'Shifting Perceptions in Care"
Lori will openly share her triumphs, struggles and strategies in hopes to help you look at your life differently. She will discuss the power of one which we each hold and can leverage to make a difference; be it within ourselves, for another or to shift a company or community culture. See how simple ways of shifting your personal and corporate attitudes towards caring for someone dementia can have a huge impact on their quality of life and yours. Walk out feeling inspired and empowered to live with purpose.
Why Families Act Like They Do
This program looks at: who families are, where they are coming from, how they got where they are, how they feel and why. We also look at the critical role all employees play and how they impact the transition of both the person with dementia and family members as they integrate into your community.”
