A full day away from the hustle and bustle to focus on health, mindfulness, movement and nutrition. Join us for our one day, full body wellness retreat! Sunrise to Sunset will begin at 8am, and go all day until 8pm. A full days worth of fitness focused meals and snacks are provided. We will begin the day by exploring mindfulness, followed by team building exercises, and transition into an outdoor yoga and meditation session. With your mind and body ready for action, we will hit the trails in teams, and embark on a scavenger hunt. Fitness games and relays, a nutrition seminar with visuals, a workout plan for home use or travel, and meal prepping tips are all on the itinerary! To top off this unforgettable experience, we will wine down -- oops, wind down -- with a bonfire and a glass of wine, and discuss moderation.
