celebrate an upcoming vermont summer with majken and clarence and join us for a gentle yoga practice with a concurrent guided chakra meditation. the chakras are important centers of energy that appear throughout the body. for thousands of years, keeping the chakras in balance has been linked to maintaining mental and physical wellness. through chakra meditation, you can improve the balance of your key chakras and bring your health and mental perspective to peace.

there will be fresh juice from the vermont juice company after class.

please wear comfortable clothes & bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters.
