Sarah is excited to bring you this unique experience on the mat. In this 75 min all levels slow flow we will be moving out of our comfort zone and removing our sense of sight.
We will begin with a meditation to help us tap into our other senses, followed by a gentle slow practice. By wearing blindfolds we take away any notions of how our practice should look. There is no longer a sense of competition to make your body look like the body next to you. You can simply connect with your breath and your body.
