Soothe yourself and your baby with one and a half hours of Pregnancy Yoga in this 6 week course. Learn practices to help you to sleep better and ease aches and , pains and discomforts in your body, in a warmly supportive environment. When you are ready birth breathing , tips and positions are taught too.
I introduced Pregnancy Yoga to Northern Ireland in 2003. I am looking forward to introducing it to you .
