Are you're craving some serious feminine energy, support and connection with like minded women?


Come join our monthly Gippsland women's community gathering for your monthly dose of laughter, love and support, finishing with a beautiful Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra meditation practise.

As women we all need connection, nourishment and a nurturing space where we are free to just be women and give to ourselves.

You are invited to come as you are - happy, sad, inspired, lost, excited or even stuck we are here to hold space for whatever you are feeling.

We accept each other for where you are right now (baggage and all).

Our gatherings are also judgement free zones.

New to Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a beautifully delicious practice that allows us time to sit within ourselves, to just be still, and to notice with awareness the messages from our bodies and mind.

Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other type of yoga, but it is designed to target the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active yang style of asana practice that concentrate more on targeting your muscles.

Yin poses are much more gentle and are usually support using props. Poses can be held anywhere from 3-8 minutes.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. It unlocks the mystical, integrative powers of the subconscious, as well as your higher centers of consciousness, to effortlessly erase your most tenacious, self-destructive habits and behaviour patterns. It is said by yogis that Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep.

COST: $20.00 (Plus Eventbrite Fees)

TO BRING: Yoga mat, cushion to sit on and a small blanket (especially if you get cold) - (I have some yoga mats).
