We could all use less stress in our lives!
Join us Saturday, April 14th to learn how yoga and meditation can be used to combat emotions around stress, anxiety, and depression. We will also work on building more feelings of confidence and positivity.
Participants will experience Hatha, Yin, & Restorative poses, as well as Yoga Nidra, a deep guided meditation.
Pre-Registration is $25. Drop in is $35, space pending.
