It’s easy to take our breath for granted as we inhale and exhale naturally throughout the day. Breathing is often automatic, but our breath can hold tremendous power if we learn to harness it. It can calm us down, energize us, center us and help us better understand our body and movements.
In this 2 hour workshop we will use our breath to help us move into heart openers and back bends. Kelcie Mack will walk through all the components necessary for a safe and engaged backbend. Find ease in the effort as we coax out bodies to open up and work into the upper back and shoulders.
