Bmore African Culture Keepers presents our quarterly fitness workshop designed to introduce people in our community to the wonderful world of living a fit and healthy lifestyle with African movement.
The workshop is approximately 3.5 hours long consisting of sessions: ASA! Fitness (intense low impact African fitness program: asabodyconditioning.com) facilitated by Sunmolu Ashabi, West African dance (rhythm will be revealed closer to the actual workshop) facilitated by Bintou Kouyate, and Soca Robics.
The workshop is a platform for all people in various levels of fitness to try a different approach to obtaining, achieving, and sustaining personal health/fitness goals over time.
