We want to set you up. But...not like Tinder, so don't sweat. The Set-Up consists of 6 weeks, 6 exclusive small group training sessions, 6 health/lifestyle workshops and a whooooole bunch of habit change. It's one big giant set up.
We all do it: hit plateaus in our health, need motivation, want to make a change in fitness, know we could feel differently in our health, change our performance, and try not to feel overwhelm or a sense of dread in 'not doing well enough'. With a support network of individuals to relate and find success with, we think you could learn something and maybe, well – have fun.
Starting April 10th:
Group 1-hour Workshop on Tuesday evenings at 630pm
Group 45-60min Sweat on Friday mornings at 7am
The Set-Up (workshops + workouts) – $295
The Set-Up All In (workshops + workouts + 15 reg. M108 classes to be used during the 6 weeks) – $595
