Chiara is from Italy but Latin blood flows in her veins! Ever since childhood, she has been involved in sports and decided early on to share her love for fitness with others. Some of the disciplines she does on a weekly basis are: running, cycling, bodyweight workout, swimming, and weights. 7 years ago, she discovered the magic world of Zumba and practiced it in Italy with the well-known instructor Gianluca Ingargiola, and finally got her Zumba License in Taiwan (Taichung) in 2013. She speaks English, Chinese and Spanish, so communication should not be a problem Chiara believes that the purpose of dancing and exercising is to feel happy! People and movement bring energy to our lives and so LET’S MOVE IT TOGETHER!

Chiara來自義大利但體內流著拉丁人的血!她從小就喜歡各式各樣的運動,並決定把她對健身的愛好分享給其他人。她每個禮拜都會進行的鍛鍊包含:跑步、飛輪、重量訓練、游泳和舉重。七年前,她發現Zumba的美好,並在義大利與一個知名的老師Gianluca Ingargiola一起練習,然後在2013年的時候拿到台灣的Zumba證書(台中)。她會說英文、中文和西班牙文,所以可以很輕鬆的跟她聊天。
Chiara相信跳舞跟運動的目的是為了讓人感到開心!人群和動作為我們的生命帶來能量,所以讓我們一起來動吧!

Zumba Fitness class:
Zumba is a very "young" discipline, started in the 90s when Beto (Colombian dancer) did not have the right music for a fitness class and just played a mix of his culture, latin songs! The class involves dancing and aerobic movements, but also mixes fitness exercises to spice it up! Music is energetic and reflects different styles like salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, etc.

The actual class is 50 minutes to 1 hour long and here is what we will do:
- warm up
- songs and more songs
- dance with a hint of fitness workout
- smile, sing, scream, and jump!!!
- final abs session
- total body stretching

Here is what to bring:
- your sexy body
- your best sportive outfit (colors and fashion styles are more than welcome)
- a fancy towel
- a fancy bottle with a healthy drink inside (bring beer ONLY if you are ready to share with everyone). Water is also okay…

Zumba健身課程:
Zumba 是一個非常新的運動,從1990年代開始,當Beto(哥倫比亞舞者)沒有找到適合的音樂就混合了一些融合他自己的文化,於是就有了拉丁音樂!課程將會包含跳舞與有氧動作,也同時會有健身運動增加運動強度!音樂充滿動感,有著不同的風格包含騷莎、merengue、雷鬼動、cumbia等。

課程時間大約為50分鐘到一小時,我們將會:
暖身
放音樂
健身舞蹈
微笑、唱歌、尖叫和跳!
最後心肺活動
全身伸展

你將會需要帶:
你性感的身體
你最適合的運動服裝(歡迎任何繽紛顏色與style)
一條時尚的毛巾
一個時尚的水壺,裡面裝著健康的飲料(當你準備好與全部人分享才可以帶啤酒!)也可以帶水...
