Week of April 16th-June 3rd
7 week Training Program for anyone interested in doing the Tough Mudder (June 3rd) or just be Obstacle Race ready this summer! We will kick off the week of April 16th. Training days will be determined by group's availability and demand. Program consists of two required "mud runs" each week to help you increase your running distance and build strength for the obstacles you will encounter during the race. Participants will be expected to complete a long distance run each weekend at their own personal convenience as assigned by the coach.
*Prerequisite: Must be able to run an entire 5K to join this program
