April 30-May 20
21 days of focused strength training to increase lean muscle mass and improve overall strength. Mondays will be upper body focus, Wednesdays will be core focus, and Fridays will be lower body focus for 30 min. Participants will be expected to attend a full body strength workout on Tuesdays, Thursdays and either Saturday or Sunday morning by attending a Body Sculpt class of your time choice. Food guide will be offered with the goal of increasing muscle and an InBody scan at the start and end will be included!
