ourselves and others.
In this guided meditation, you’ll explore forgiveness with the goal of reducing hurt and helplessness,
letting go of anger and grudges, increasing your feelings of confidence and hope, and learning to
germinate forgiveness and move out of pain, fear, and confusion – even if you’ve been struggling with
your situation for years. The mere willingness to be mindful of what’s calling for forgiveness is a radical
step in and of itself.
