• Light colors are preferable..
• Last Meal at least 2 hours before the session..
• Do your best to keep your food on this day fresh, green and clean (avoid or reduce meat to the minimum quantity, spices or canned food) so that the energy flows with ease
• Try to quit smoking before the session at least 2-3 hours, Preferable the full day so you prepare your system for cleansing.
The workshop will be conducted by Rania Elmaghraby
Rania is a Hatha Yoga teacher, a guided meditation instructor and a life coach.
She is also a Certified Advanced Pranic Healing Practitioner "World Pranic Healing Foundation" , Pranic Psychotherapy Healer , Chromatic Energy Healing practitioner by “ Blue Lotus Foundation “,
Rania is Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming approved by (ABNLP), Practitioner of Meta-States , TLT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist by ( ABH)
She has started her spiritual journey over 12 years ago and the turning point in her life when she has found her passion and mission in supporting those are struggling with their emotional challenges or in need for coping with their life changes and guiding them towards the light through her studies and experience along with the healing power of Yoga, meditation and other emotional healing tools.
