This workshop series is designed to empower embodiment. Students will learn self-massage techniques to treat maladaptive tension using The Roll Model® Method therapy balls, Yoga Tune Up® exercises to support structural stability and meditative relaxation routines to care for their overall wellbeing. Take charge of your own self-care, physical functionality and pain management and leave feeling like a champion of your health and wellness!
This workshop is open to all levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury or in need of specific modification.
