This free, hands-on workshop is for:
Parents or family members who would like to learn how classrooms can be designed to create a learning environment that is effective and meaningful for all children -- including children with disabilities -- and how to communicate your child's strengths, needs, and learning styles.
Teachers who wold like to effectively engage parents and learn best practices to make general education curriculum accessible to ALL students through being responsive to their backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities.
Everyone will leave with tools and strategies they can use to increase inclusive opportunities and improve outcomes for ALL learners.
A light lunch will be provided to folks who register in advance.
