A four week course introducing meditation, and integrating the practice into your daily life. The course will focus on giving you the tools to meditate and incorporate what you learn from your meditations into your life. Thereby, improving the overall quality of your life and leading to a more internally gratifying way of being. This class is for all people, young and old alike. Classes will include lessons, quiet practice of the lesson followed by open discussion to share experiences. Your guided meditation will be accompanied by expertly curated meditation music by Beau.
