Girls 9-12 are invited to join us for 2 hours of yoga, mindfulness, and creativity!
This tween class can help build strength and flexibility with both basic and more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. We will learn some breathing techniques, visualization, and maybe a few partner poses too!
Yoga provides tweens an opportunity to build community, connect with themselves, manage stress, and increase self-esteem.
