Sat Nam and Happy Spring Everyone!
In this new Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan series, we will be welcoming the energies of the strengthening sun, awakening, detoxifiying and rejuvenating our minds and bodies after a deep and introspective winter.
Through our yoga postures, breathing, mantra, and meditation we will connect with the joy that comes from increasing our freedom of movement, shifting blockages, and uplifting the mind.
Each week of the series will have a different theme and kriya, and we will work on:
-metabolism and stress release
-increasing life force pranic energy
-cleaning the lymphatic system and boosting immunity
-revitalising and replenishing the body through flexing the spine
