Learn the basics of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and incorporate alignment principles into a flowing practice. In this workshop we will explore the components of Sun Salutations and transitions, the power of breath and gaze and finding balance and stability on the mat. We will workshop other poses you are interested in learning, and this workshop is perfect for beginning yoga students and those new to vinyasa flow.
You will leave this class with an understanding of True North Alignment, total body integration, techniques on how to modify poses for YOUR body and prevent injury. You will have the tools to take your yourself to the next level. You may even add a new pose to your practice!
