We'll be focusing on the knees, feet, ankles and hips at this week's Mobility Tune Up class with Gretchen. Wednesday March 28th. 5:45 - 7:00 pm.

Enjoy these classes that combine conscious relaxation, corrective exercise, and self-massage to release, strengthen, and improve movement patterns. Learn self-care strategies to help your keep your body performing optimally all year long.

Each week we focus on a different theme or part of the body:

3/28: Knees, Ankles, Feet & Hips
4/4: Shoulders, Wrists, & Hands

Wednesdays 5:45-7:00pm
$16 drop-in per class. (Class packs and memberships valid too.)
