Join Sarasvati for a workshop about the neuropsychology of how yoga and meditation help things like anxiety, depression, PTSD , insomnia, eating disorders, addiction and trauma. Using Haha, Vinyasa & Yin styles of yoga we will learn how to build an evolving bio- individual practice for us and/or clients. This workshop is for everyone and is all levels. Please bring a pen and clothes to practice yoga in.

Sarasvati has been teaching yoga for 13 years and has studied interpersonal neurobiology at PSU and the neuroscience of yoga and trauma at kripalu with Harvard Psychologist Dr. Jim Hopper.
