The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras, which align the spine. This invisible energy, called Prana, is vital life force, which keeps us vibrant, healthy, and alive.
Our bodies are in constant flux between balance and imbalance.
In this workshop, we will explore each of the seven main chakras in depth as well as tips and some yoga poses on how to align them.
**About the teacher:
Farah Qudsi decided to open her own YOGA School Namaste Zone and reach as many people as possible.
After her few training courses in India and Himalaya and trying different ways in implementing healthy lifestyle into our hectic modern life she truly started to believe that yoga is the path to reaching happiness by having a healthy mind and body
