Come and unwind from the week with a gentle flowing sequence to warm and nourish the body. Following is a cooling, sequence of Yin poses which seeks to open up the body, massage major muscle groups, settle the mind, and rebalance the energy. This workshop ends with a long savasana and guided meditation. This workshop is offered every month with a different focus on a different meridian system in the body.
This workshop is open to students of all levels, including beginners with at least 5 yoga classes and advanced practitioners looking to slow down. The cost is $25 if purchased one week ahead; $30 thereafter.
