Habits are the things we do without realising the way we act, the way we think and what we believe. Habits matter as often they support us, but when they don't we need to know how to change them. Come along and learn more about how habits help you, how you can change habits that don't work for you and create new ones in order to live a healthier and happier life.
At this workshop you will learn:
- why habits are important
- identify whether your own habits are effective or ineffective
- design new habits that support you and move you closer to your goals.
The workshop will be run by our resident trainer, Lesley, who has more than 25 years experience of being a coach and trainer.
