Set in a relaxing, private studio in Bacchus Marsh this course will equip anyone who is new to NCY&W with the skills for a life long practice. You will establish the foundations and at the completion of the 9 weeks you may choose to move into a class or continue with the next level of the course.
This course introduces new yoga students to the basic techniques, including limbering (warm up stretches), breathing techniques, asanas (poses), yoga relaxation and meditation.
Included are 9 x 60 minute classes on consecutive weeks.
